DCB Planning is the trading name of David Butcher BA (Hons) MA MRTPI and is a Reading based practice.

David has been working in the planning field for many years and has been successfully submitting and resolving planning applications and appeals within Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire for the last eight years.  He previously worked for Hives Planning Ltd, Berkeley Homes (Oxford & Chiltern Region) and Kent County Council's Strategic Planning Department.  He has also travelled and worked as a planner in Australia and as an archaeologist in France.

As a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) he is subject to the Institute's professional Code of Conduct, which can be found at www.rtpi.org.uk.  Customer Service, professionalism and integrity are corner stones of the practice.
