Appeals

We provide advice on dealing with the three possible routes for an appeal should your application be refused, which are Written Representation, Hearing or Inquiry.

Following an initial assessment, advice on whether an appeal would be the correct route to follow or in fact whether an amended application might be the better course would be provided.  Should the appeal route be recommended or is already your preferred option, then we would discuss the choice of appeal that would best suit your scheme.

• preparation and submission of the appeal (including all documentation, reports etc);
