Site Appraisals
The site appraisal involves provision of advice on the development potential of your land or home and would typically involve elements of the following:
- investigation into the planning history of the property and immediate area;
- assessment of the opportunities and constraints in relation to the site;
- consideration of relevant local and central Government guidance; and
- recommendations on what might be done with your property and advice on how to achieve development where possible.
If preferred, an initial assessment and discussion can be conducted first by email/telephone at a competitvely priced fixed fee, resulting in a short electronic report emailed direct (photographs and documents would be required from the client electronically for this service).
Where the site has progressed further than the initial assessment stage, is complicated, or a more hands on approach is preferred, then a meeting and site visit including more detailed discussions is recommended. This would be conducted on an hourly rate basis, within a budget.
If either of the above assessments indicate that there is development potential then we would advise on the preparation of or prepare the planning application/site promotion in house for the next stages of work.
